SANG NGUYEN
Sang Nguyen is a strategic operations professional with over ten years’ experience driving organisational improvement across retail, B2B technology, and aged care sectors. Most recently, Sang supported the CEO of CareMonitor, an award-winning Australian digital health company. In this role, Sang led operational initiatives and collaborated on defining processes and metrics to strengthen strategic alignment.Sang is recognised for her ability to connect meaningfully with diverse stakeholders, foster cross-organisational collaboration, and lead with clarity and empathy. She believes that organisational effectiveness begins with a holistic perspective and a willingness to embrace change. Sang is passionate about coaching, knowledge-sharing, and building systems that support equitable and person-centred care.In 2014, Sang graduated with a Bachelor of Business (Distinction) from Kent Institute Australia (KIA). She discovered her passion for healthcare reform in 2020 and went on to achieve her Undergraduate Certificate in Aged Care from the University of South Australia. In 2023, she completed the Postgraduate Certificate in Healthcare Management with High Distinction from Deakin University. In February 2025, Sang completed the Graduate Certificate in Dementia Care from the University of Wollongong—marking a significant milestone in her commitment to reflective practice and innovation in dementia support.
